A creamy and super quick hummus. Eat this on bread, in wraps or dip your favorite veggies in it.
This makes a double batch, you can half the ingredients if you want.
2 cans of chickpeas 1,5 cups of green peas, cooked from frozen 3 tbsp of tahini 2 cloves of garlic 1 tsp of cumin seeds 1 handful of parsley 2 tsp salt juice of one lemon 3 tbsp olive oil ca. ½ cup of cold water
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or high-speed blender. Top with olive oil, parsley and chilli salt.
