This cream cheese with a twist might be the easiest recipe we have shared yet. We use store bought vegan cream cheese for this recipe, you can use any store bought or homemade cream cheese you like. We enjoy it as a dip, on bread or in sandwiches. It’s perfect to bring to a spring brunch as well!

1 pkg. (vegan) cream cheese

big handful of wild garlic

3-4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

juice of ½ lemon

salt & pepper

Add the wild garlic and olive oil into a food processor or blender (you can also use an immersion blender for this step). Blend until you get a pesto-like paste. Combine the mixture with the cream cheese and add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
